Operational Strategy with Heart, Clarity, and Precision

I’m Cassie Fleming. I help growth-minded business owners get out of the weeds and into alignment—with streamlined systems, smart strategy, and a people-first approach built on real experience.

What sets me apart as an operations strategist isn’t just my ability to build systems—it’s the rare blend of leadership in teaching, emotional intelligence, and real-world experience I bring to every client relationship.

With two decades of experience in education, I know how to design structures that serve people—whether it’s a classroom, a team, or an entire organization. I’ve led high-performing teams, streamlined complex processes, and created environments where growth is not only possible but sustainable. I often hear feedback from clients regarding my ability to teach and explain. Just like in the classroom, if you say something once and the audience doesn’t understand, saying it again three more times the same way probably won’t help. My knowledge of metacognition (knowing how people learn & understand) allows me to fall back on many different strategies to make understanding business management easier.

I’ve spent years coaching individuals through transformational change, helping them build clarity, confidence, and connection in their lives. That means I don’t just know how to implement a plan—I know how to communicate it, motivate others to follow it, and stay grounded when things get messy (because they always do). I’ve heard, more than once, that I’m a “likable leader”. Team members have often told me they “actually don’t mind” attending meetings that I run.

And as a small business owner myself, I know firsthand what it means to wear all the hats, juggle competing priorities, and build something real from the ground up. I’ve been in the trenches, and I bring that lived experience to every strategic decision, every process design, and every client I support.

If you’re looking for someone who can combine big-picture strategy with boots-on-the-ground execution—and who can do it with heart, clarity, and a deep understanding of people—you're in the right place.
